Counterfeiting of components poses a serious risk that can have a negative impact on both the worldwide economy and jeopardises the safety of individuals.

As such Kanhaiya Brass Industries is committed to preventing the introduction of counterfeit components to the supply chain where reasonably & practicably within our control.

In order to protect our customers from sub-standard and / or counterfeit goods Kanhaiya Brass Industries have robust supplier selection & monitoring procedures which are detailed within our Quality Management System.


TO HELP PREVENT THE PURCHASE OF COUNTERFEIT OR SUBSTANDARD COMPONENTS

All components shall be purchased from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), where this is not possible.

Components shall be purchased from distribution channels, where this is not possible.

Parts shall be purchased with full chain of custody to the Manufacturer.

Maintain robust Counterfeit component policy's / procedures.

Investigate all incidents of suspected counterfeit electronic components and report the incident and outcome to Kanhaiya Brass Industries Sales Manager if procured products are affected.

Make unusable all material confirmed as counterfeit and provide evidence to BPl's Sales Manager.
