PURPOSE

The purpose of this document is to provide guidance for visitors to company premises, as well as for employees sponsoring visitors to company.


SCOPE

This policy applies to all visitors to any premises at Kanhaiya Brass Industries and to employees who sponsor visitors.




All visitors must sign in and sign out of visitor gate pass located at security office.

All visitor must have visitor pass while entering inside the company.

All visitors entering the production area are required to use proper PPE for safety.

We strongly recommend 'NOT TO USE' camera/ mobile phones for photography.

All visitors are liable for any damage they may cause.

Our company assumes no liability for any harm / injury that may cause to anyone during their visit.

Visitors are advised to use Walk way during plant visit.

Staff should inquire about the visitor's name, person, area or room to be visited, and nature of the visit.
